Who can apply

Skilled workers are selected as permanent residents based on their ability to become economically established in Canada.

According to the criteria, your application is admissible if

 you have attached the results of your language test, AND

 you have an offer of arranged employment valid OR

 you have at least one year of continuous work experience paid full-time in at least one of the professions listed here .
